In 2018, founders Joanna and Johnny, created Letterfolk in response to a need they saw in their community. Friends and family wanted an authentic way to express themselves at home—to commemorate milestones, memories, and everyday wins, too.

Should you find yourself less than satisfied with your order, shoot us an email to hey@letterfolk.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll give you instructions for returning your item. To receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus the original shipping), all items must be received back in new and unused condition. At our discretion, partial refunds will be issued for use or damage. Rest assured, we are happy to discuss the condition of your item prior to your return if you have any concerns. Refunds issued may take up to 10 days to process. Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
